Yes. A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your first lash tint, brow tint, or henna brow appointment, and after any break of 6 or more months. Please contact us via Instagram or email to arrange your patch test before booking.
48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% charge, and no-shows are charged at the full treatment price. This allows us to offer your slot to waiting clients.
Deposits are refundable if you cancel with more than 48 hours notice. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit as part of our cancellation policy.
Yes. New clients are asked to complete a short consultation form before their first treatment. You'll receive a link in your confirmation email. This helps us tailor your treatment safely.

Clients under 16 require a parent or guardian to be present throughout their treatment. Fine line tattoos are strictly for clients aged 18 and over. ID may be requested on the day.
Individual synthetic lashes are applied one-by-one to your natural lashes using a semi-permanent adhesive. The process takes 1.5–2.5 hours depending on the style. They typically last 3–4 weeks with a lash infill recommended every 2–3 weeks.
Microneedling uses fine needles to create tiny channels in the skin, stimulating collagen production and improving texture, tone, and scarring. A skin consultation is required before your first session. Mild redness is normal for 24–48 hours after treatment. Not suitable during pregnancy or for certain skin conditions.

Cancellation Notice
48 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to clients on our waiting list.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge. Our time is just as valuable as yours.
No Shows
Failure to attend without notice results in a full charge for the treatment booked. We strive to provide excellent service to every client.
Gift Vouchers
Vouchers are available for all treatments, making the perfect treat for someone special. Cancellation and no-show policy applies equally to voucher bookings.

Fine Line Tattoo Consent
A consent form and full aftercare instructions are provided before every fine line tattoo session. Please arrive with clean, moisturised skin and avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior. Aftercare guidance will be given in writing.
Microneedling
Microneedling is a licensed treatment carried out by a trained professional. A skin consultation is required before your first session. Not suitable for certain skin conditions, active acne, or during pregnancy. Please disclose any relevant medical history at the time of booking.
